The position emphasizes hands-on QC leadership, data-driven decisions, and strong collaboration with regulatory and customer requirements to uphold quality governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/quality discipline.
• 7 years of experience in a regulatory/compliance/quality environment.
• Experience with animal welfare regulations, AAALAC, USDA, and related QA systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage QC resources and translate standards into day-to-day activities.
• Lead QC investigations, CAPA and deviations with thorough documentation.
• Review QC data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Provide regular QC performance reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support QA governance with data and evidence required for quality decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to meet quality requirements.
