GeoTek Engineering & Testing Services, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD seeks an experienced professional to lead our Quality Control program, ensuring compliance with ASTM standards and project specs.

The role requires strong plan-reading, documentation, and independent work abilities, with opportunities to manage accreditation and train staff. The ideal candidate will perform field and laboratory testing, interpret construction drawings, and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers

Qualifications

• Experience in construction quality control or materials testing.
• Proficiency with ASTM procedures and standards.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Job description

GeoTek is seeking an experienced person that can lead our Quality Control Program. The individual must be proficient in construction plan reading, construction and ASTM testing procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Relevant certifications such as ACI, NICET, DOT, or other materials-testing certifications are a plus.
• Professional Engineer or Structural Engineering background preferred but is not necessary.
• Current valid driver’s license.
