Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5 years of Quality Control experience in the construction industry.
5 years of federal government contracting experience.
Experience overseeing vertical construction projects valued up to $10,000,000.

Responsibilities

Develops and drafts project specific Quality Control Plans for vertical construction projects.
Performs periodic inspections of construction sites and reviews logs, reports, and RFIs.
Interfaces with submittals, weekly CPRs, and monthly progress payment documents.
Coordinates with government project management and subcontractors to ensure QC procedures.
Develops material submittals and reviews them for completeness and accuracy.
Maintains high levels of internal and external customer service and resolves quality issues.
Directs inspection teams to ensure productivity and technical integrity.
Applies quality management tools and analyzes data to meet specs.
Designs and implements QC training programs.
