Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead QA and compliance on high-profile federal construction projects. This role requires hands-on management of the QC program and collaboration with field teams, subcontractors, and government representatives.

You will own the QC process from preparatory through final closeout, ensuring plans, specs, and quality standards are met across multiple sites. Travel or relocation to project locations is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Quality Control Manager on federal construction projects is required.
• Experience with USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, VA, GSA, or similar federal agencies.
• Strong understanding of the Three-Phase Control system and federal construction requirements.
• Must be able to obtain CQM-C certification before assignment.

With a strong federal backlog, this opportunity offers challenging work and a leadership role where your judgment matters-from the first preparatory meeting through final acceptance.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the project's Quality Control Program, working closely with field leadership, subcontractors, and government representatives to ensure construction meets contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
