Job summary

Harrison Walker & Harper is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to co-manage daily Quality Control activities on a Vernon, TX project. The role requires overseeing testing, preparing QC certifications, and maintaining documentation.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of vertical construction experience and at least 5 years as a QC manager on large projects ($10–$15M+). Per diem is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in vertical construction experience required, and 5 years on projects $10–$15M+ as project Quality Control Manager.
• Deep understanding of construction divisions, plans, procedures, scheduling and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Quality Control Plan for the project.
• Certify that all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process.

JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for co managing daily Quality Control activities The candidate must be able to conduct Quality Control Meetings perform inspections review submittals and ensure testing is performed Prepare all Quality Control certifications and documentation required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and Administer the Quality Control Plan for the project
• Certify that all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements
• Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process
• Provide documented evaluation assessments and CQC assistance to staff and subcontractor personnel

WHAT YOU BRING

• 7-10 years in vertical construction experience required AND 5 years on projects 10 15M or greater as project Quality Control Manager
• In depth understanding of all construction divisions Knowledge of construction ie prints plans procedures scheduling and testing
