We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to join our team and help guide the next phase of our growth in a tight-tolerance, precision machining environment. This role is floor-based and works directly within production alongside the people doing the work every day.

The Quality Manager plays a critical role in helping our teams succeed by providing structure, clarity, and support around how quality is built into our processes. This position partners closely with machinists, inspectors, engineers, R&D, and operations leadership to understand where things go wrong, why they go wrong, and how we can improve together.

  • Drive results in First Pass Yield throughout the business.
  • Work with teams to identify where failures occur across machining, finishing, assembly, and downstream processes.
