Novax Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Quality Control Manager for an advanced bridge fabrication facility in Menomonie, WI. The role focuses on ensuring every beam, weld, and connection meets strict industry and company standards.

You will lead the plant quality team, manage welding inspection, NDT coordination, and maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and certifications. A strong background in structural steel fabrication and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or ASNT VT Level II.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing.
• Hands-on leadership experience within a quality function.
• Strong understanding of welding inspection and NDT processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintain detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the plant quality team, setting daily inspection priorities.
• Oversee welding, fit-up, and fabrication quality against industry codes.
• Coordinate NDT activities and maintain accurate inspection records.

The Role

You'll be the person who ensures every beam, weld, and connection leaving the facility meets the standard the industry expects - and the standard the company is known for.

• Lead and mentor the plant quality team, setting daily inspection priorities
