Bridger Construction seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead quality activities on projects, ensuring strict contract and federal standards are met. This role has independent authority to address deficiencies, stop nonconforming work, and guide all QC phases for safe, compliant delivery.
The QCM reports to project leadership, works five days a week on site, and housing allowances may apply for relocations. Projects typically run 1–3 years, with opportunities across the country upon completion.
Reporting: The QCM reports to the Project Manager and works collaboratively with the Superintendent while maintaining independent authority over project quality and contract compliance.

The Quality Control Manager (QCM) serves as the project leader for all quality-related activities and is responsible for ensuring the project is constructed in strict accordance with the contract documents, federal quality requirements, and Bridger’s standards of excellence. The QCM has independent authority to identify deficiencies, stop nonconforming work when necessary, lead the three phases of quality control, and work collaboratively with project leadership to deliver a safe, compliant, and high-quality project.
The individual holding this position is required to report to a project site five days a week. It is expected that the individual lives within proximity of the project location or the surrounding areas. Bridger offers a housing allowance to cover the cost of living if a candidate must relocate. Our projects typically range from 1 – 3 years in length.
