Job summary

Five-S Group is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to supervise a team of Quality Control Inspectors and work closely with the VP of Engineering and Quality.

You will ensure inspectors have the tools, resources, and knowledge to perform their duties, uphold high quality standards, and maintain client satisfaction. Travel and relocation to project sites are required. A drug test and background check are mandatory.

Job description

The Construction Quality Control (QC) Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Engineering and Quality to supervise, train, and develop a team of Quality Control Inspector's. The Construction QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring that QC Inspectors have the tools, resources, and knowledge required to successfully execute their work.

The position requires high standards for quality workmanship and client satisfaction, ability to make quick decisions, detailed documentation, and excellent communication skills. The position will require travel and/or relocation to the project assigned.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
