Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of work in progress
• Prepare daily reports on progress and potential concerns
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitoring progress and adherence to plan specifications and procedures
• Review subcontractor material submittal and shop drawings and check for compliance
• Verify field dimensions and plan reviews
• Check rough opening for doors and windows, in-wall rough-in, and elevations
• Review plans and field coordination with contractors
