Global Recruiters of Lookout is seeking a quality manager to lead audits, drive process improvements, and collaborate with partners across multiple travel locations. The role focuses on improving quality systems, risk prevention, and proactive engagement with teams to ensure compliance.

Ideal candidates bring DoD/Federal experience, RMS 3.0 knowledge, and a minimum of 5+ years in quality management with a strong attention to detail. This position requires US citizenship and will involve travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' relevant work experience, 2+ years as a Quality Manager
• Must be a US Citizen
• Federal Experience (Army, Navy, Air Force, DoD) is required
• USACE Quality Control Management - Contractor's (CQM-C) certificate within last five years
• Knowledge of RMS 3.0 required
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

This is a travel role with multiple locations available.
