Job summary

A construction consultancy based in Bremerton, WA, is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee quality assurance for a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrade project. Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee quality assurance for a heavy mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrade project. The QCM will ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Conduct inspections and coordinate testing for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, codes, and standards.
• Monitor subcontractor work to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met.
• Maintain accurate quality control documentation, reports, and logs.
• Identify deficiencies and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.
• Lead quality meetings and provide updates on project quality status.
• Ensure site safety and quality procedures are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QCM or in construction quality control.
• Valid QCM Certification (such as USACE/NAVFAC CQM-C or equivalent).
• Strong experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
