Job summary

Kleen Test Products, Port Washington, WI, is hiring QC Line Technicians for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). You will perform in-process quality checks, document results, and report issues to production teams, ensuring products meet quality standards.

We value detail-oriented, hands-on candidates who can follow procedures, work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and communicate clearly. On-site interview required; HS diploma or GED is required; prior QC experience is a plus but

Qualifications

  • 3–6 months QC/manufacturing experience preferred (not required).
  • Detail-oriented with ability to follow procedures and document results.
  • Able to work on-site for in-person interview.

  • Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams.
  • Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.

  • Maintain proper labeling and traceability on the production line.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform in-process quality checks (weights, measurements, visual inspections)

What You Bring
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow procedures and document results clearly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred (not required—we'll train!)
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Previous QC or manufacturing experience - at least 3 to 6 months in a similar role preferred
  • Adaptability: Able to move between departments and interact with machine operators to identify and correct quality issues
  • Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to spot inconsistencies or defects
  • Communication Skills: Capable of clearly documenting inspection results and effectively communicating problems and solutions to team members
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Math Proficiency: Able to perform basic calculations using the metric system
  • Discretion and Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
