Qualifications

• Familiarity with USDA guidelines and food safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily QC staff workflows, shift hand-offs, and inspection priorities.
• Train, mentor, and cross-train QC staff on commodity knowledge and coding accuracy.
• Reject substandard inbound shipments and document issues for claims.
• Audit daily shift reports to verify code-entry accuracy and perform spot-checks on high‑risk inventory.
• Coordinate USDA inspections and communicate with operations and accounts.
