Job summary

Batchline Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Mid-Shift Lead at our Westampton, NJ facility. You will implement SOPs/SSOPs/GMPs, train the QC team, and conduct audits to ensure product quality and safety.

You will collaborate across departments, apply QA tools, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to USDA/FDA regulations and safety standards. The role is full-time, mid-shift, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality assurance or quality control experience in a food production facility required.
• Working knowledge of USDA and FDA food regulations.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (-9º-42º Fahrenheit) for 8+ hours.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Must follow workplace safety, food safety, and production quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee SOPs, SSOPs and GMPs for the production center.
• Train QC Operations team on basic food safety practices.
• Coach the team in assessing risk by likelihood and severity.
• Create and conduct process audits and inspections.
• Maintain quality control standards and objectives throughout production.
