Job summary

Rowe Casa Organics is seeking a Product Quality Specialist to join the Quality Control Team at our New Boston, TX facility. You will ensure products meet standards, follow detailed QC protocols, and help drive continuous process improvements across production.

In this role, you will train staff, inspect raw materials, approve or reject outputs, and coordinate with the QC Team Lead to uphold safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Must be available during all production staff work hours (four 10-hour days, rotating schedule).
• Follow all PPE requirements in designated work areas and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace and support recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality check points throughout production to ensure correctness.
• Coordinate with Product Quality Team Lead and train production staff as needed.
• Inspect raw materials for contamination and conformance to specs.
• Approve or reject products and materials per company standards.
• Gather product samples for third-party testing.
• Perform duties as assigned and support process improvements.
