Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or manufacturing quality operations
• Hands-on experience reading engineering drawings and applying inspection criteria
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating inspectors or shop-floor teams
• Experience with nonconforming material control, inspection documentation, and problem solving
• Strong ERP/MRP experience and proficiency with quality documentation tools

Aufgaben

• Lead daily inspection activities based on production priorities and quality risks.
• Coach and develop Quality Inspectors and Technicians on drawings, measurement methods, and criteria.
• Oversee Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection and EOL testing to ensure conformance.
• Coordinate with Production, Materials, and Quality Engineering to prevent delays.
• Maintain calibration and traceability of measurement equipment and manage quality records.
