Job summary

Pretium Packaging is seeking a Quality Control Lead for 1st shift (6:45 am–3:00 pm) in Cleveland, OH. You will supervise daily quality checks, review inspection data, and ensure products meet internal and customer specifications.

The role requires precise documentation, use of SPC data, and collaboration with production and QA leadership. Ideal candidates have manufacturing QA experience, strong measurement skills with calipers and spectrophotometers, and the ability to communicate quality

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and quality records.
• Proficient with measurement tools and QA equipment such as calipers, spectrophotometers, and AVID systems.

Responsibilities

• Support daily quality control activities and maintain accurate records.
• Perform product inspection and dimensional checks against specifications.
• Utilize SPC data and production observations to identify trends and issues.
• Assist with containment, PCAPs, nonconformance docs and corrective actions.
• Maintain and use QA systems including MS Word/Excel/Outlook for documentation.
