Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a quality control food manufacturing environment.
• Currently pursuing higher education preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills.
• Limited Problem-Solving training a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests and inspections to evaluate quality performance.
• Collect and prepare samples for testing (pH, moisture, protein, fat, ash, viscosity).
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Record and evaluate test data against specifications.
• Perform routine calibration on testing equipment.
• Identify anomalies and troubleshoot methods or instrument issues.
• Document and communicate Quality Alert incidents.
• Read and follow issued Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain quality records per company SOP.
