Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee batch retain sample management.
• Maintain the finished product retention sample program.
• Conduct flavor retrieval and testing.
• Prepare water ice and support syrup sensory setup.
• Prepare weight sheets for upcoming production runs.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and assist with general housekeeping duties.
• Support production by verifying floor scales for accuracy.
• Cross-train on basic QC tasks.
