Job summary

RPM Industrial Coatings Group is seeking a QC/QA support role in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will assist with quality procedures, monitor production batches, and summarize QC data for analysis, using D365 for records and communicating deviations.

The role involves working with batchmakers, confirming specifications, and calibrating QC equipment as needed. A high school diploma and proficiency with Excel are required, with up to three years in QC experience being

Qualifications

• Proficient math and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills – knowledge of Excel required.
• Up to three years in industry related QC field helpful.
• Prior batchmaking experience helpful.
• Familiarity with standard analytical tools.
• Familiarity with products used in batchmaking processes.

Responsibilities

• Check production batches by comparison to standards.
• Advise batchmaker of necessary adjustments to apply to product batch.
• Recheck batch after adjustments to meet specifications.
• Record results of comparison in D365.
• Consult with QC manager on products out of spec.
• Check bulk raw materials against standard specifications upon receipt.
• Calibrate QC/QA equipment as required.
