Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a QC Technician to ensure products meet North America specifications. The role involves operating blending equipment, testing liquids, and maintaining product quality across production lines.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of production or technical experience, with strong math, communication, and teamwork skills. On-site position with competitive benefits and visa sponsorship not available.

QC Technician Role Overview

Ensures that all products produced meet Pepsi Cola North America specifications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Performs micro blend operation.
• Operates, monitors, and makes adjustments on the blending equipment to assure product quality.
• Tests finished products, packages, water, syrup, and high-fructose corn syrup.
• Monitors production lines for beverage quality.
• Calibrates equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school or equivalent and one (1) year production or technical experience required.
• Must have basic math and computer skills.
• Background in chemistry preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills required.
• Good organizational skills required.
• Must be able to think analytical.
• Good hand eye coordination required.
• Must be self motivated with strong initiative.
• Must be able to learn and follow establish procedures without deviation.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
