Church & Dwight in Old Fort, OH is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician to ensure compliance with quality standards across sodium bicarbonate, animal nutrition, and consumer products. Responsibilities include testing raw materials, in-process and finished goods, reviewing records, and supporting process optimization.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, working a rotating weekend schedule with overnight shifts, and collaborating with Engineering and QC teams to maintain product quality

Formación

• High school diploma/GED with 5 years of related experience.
• 2 years of post-secondary education in a related discipline + 3 years of related experience.
• 4 years of post-secondary education in a related discipline + 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and basic data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assigned routine analyses and required replicate testing/reporting independently.
• Provide analytical and technical support for personnel safety and equipment maintenance.
• Inspect bagging and packaging lines for weight specs, date codes, and proper equipment operation.
• Inspect all phases of plant production to ensure overall product quality.
• Sample and evaluate incoming shipments for specification compliance.
• Evaluate non-conforming results and initiate re-sampling, retesting, and/or hold procedures as needed.
• Audit completed work for omissions, deletions, and errors.
• Record data using established formats and notation conventions.
