Job summary

LGM Pharma is seeking an experienced QC Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily activities, set testing priorities, and guide staff within a GMP environment in Irvine, CA. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and expert knowledge of analytical instrumentation.

You will drive departmental performance, ensure compliance with procedures, and support audits while coordinating with other departments to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or related discipline required.
• 8+ years in a GMP analytical chemistry lab with instrumentation experience (HPLC, GC, CE, ICP, FTIR, TOC, dissolution).
• Experience leading a team and directing others in a lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily QC lab chemist activities and prioritizes testing schedules.
• Provides guidance and feedback to staff based on priorities.
• Ensures review of analytical results per company policy.
