Job summary

Pike Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Intern to join our team and learn testing procedures for raw materials and hot mix asphalt. You will work with the QC team to ensure products meet the highest standards while gaining hands-on experience in lab and field testing.

You will travel to QC labs in New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont, receive mentorship from experienced staff, and develop your analytical and reporting skills in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled or planning to enroll in a college degree program.
• Basic computer skills, ability to write reports, and analyze data.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality testing on raw materials and installed hot mix asphalt.
• Work alongside QC team members to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Assist in data collection and analysis, as well as report writing.
• Travel to different QC labs in New Hampshire to observe and participate in testing processes.
• Learn about safety practices and quality control procedures.
