Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) preferred.
• Knowledge of coatings, NDE and reading drawings.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety Programs.
• Inspect and receive material in conformance with requirements.
• Review production documentation and ensure proper sign-off.
• Perform visual inspections of piping and structural components.
• Coordinate NDE inspections with contractors and third parties.
• Assist in welding procedure development and welder qualification.
• Prepare weld maps for nondestructive testing.
• Train junior Quality Control technicians as needed.
• Ensure complete and accurate inspection documentation.
