Title: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Crawfordsville, IN and Decatur, AL - Onsite

Working Hours: 9:00 PM- 7:00 AM (night shift)

Start Date: ASAP

Interview Process : Phone call screening and then a 2-hour teams or phone personality meeting

Day to day:

• Testing products
• Measuring dimensions on products to make sure they match the design
• Weld inspections
• Verify and document that the finished product has been manufactured in such a manner that meets the requirements of the customer specifications and AWS D1.1
• To ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards through thorough testing, measurement, and inspection.

Must have:

• Experience in blueprint reading and layout.
• Ability to achieve VT Level II or CWI certification.

Pluses :

• Experience with the manufacture of steel transmission/distribution monopole structures.
• UT Shearwave Level II
• Experience with galvanizing and coatings inspections.
