Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Limited seeks a Quality Control Inspector A2 to support daily QC activities in the on-site facility in Texas. You will assist the QC Inspection Supervisor to ensure products meet customer specs and collaborate with warehouse staff to prevent rejections.

Requirements include 1 year college degree or 6 months related experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Spanish is a plus; flexible hours and physical lifting up to 35 lbs are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must pass Drug Test, Background Check and pre-employment Skills Testing.
• Must sign a confidentiality agreement upon hire.
• Must be a self-starter and willing to work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in use of English language with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product meets or exceeds customer specifications.
• Validate correct product is pulled and shipped to customer.
• Assist Quality Control Inspection Supervisor to ensure inspections are performed and non-conformance products are corrected.
• Flex between shipping dock, receiving dock and production to assist Quality Control Inspection Supervisor with issues.
• Oversee floor operations when the Quality Control Inspection Supervisor is unavailable.
• Remember recent rejections and rejection trends and communicate findings.
