Job summary

AirPro Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to ensure the functionality, specifications and cosmetic appearance of AirPro's main product. You will evaluate, collect, and verify a range of components to specification, and accurately enter data through various software applications.

The role includes supporting QC process improvements, designing tests, and identifying efficiency opportunities.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
1+ year in QA/QC role.
Proficiency with shop math and documentation.
Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Approve in-process production by verifying function and cosmetics and documenting inspections.
Approve finished products by confirming specifications and tests.
Return products for re-work and document rework.
Record inspection results in reports and logs.
Maintain safe working environment and comply with regulations.
Create and maintain checklists for recurring tasks.
Audit and inspect products, labels, and inserts.
Evaluate returned goods per specification.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, IT, R&D and Analysts.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
