Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in manufacturing or quality control.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to read blueprints and understand GD&T and ISO 9001 documentation.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and FARO ARM.
• Strong mechanical, conceptual, and computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel).
• Attention to detail and good communication.
• Team oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings, specs, and material test reports to verify quality.
• Inspect and measure components using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and FARO ARM.
• Perform inspections at multiple stages (first article, in-process, final, receiving).
• Record results and maintain documentation.
• Identify quality concerns and assist in corrective actions.
• Calibrate inspection tools regularly.
• Participate in continuous improvement, training, and process updates for the inspection team.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S in the workplace.
