Job summary

Diamondback Industrial Finishes is seeking a QC Inspector to oversee quality control operations within the plant, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and production efficiencies meet internal and external customer standards.

The role requires 2+ years of QC experience, forklift certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You will develop inspection reports, inspect parts before delivery and collaborate with leads to resolve quality issues to maintain schedule and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control functions for powder coat and cerakote
• Develop and maintain inspection reports
• Inspect powder coat and cerakote parts before deliveries
• Ensure all steps of the process are completed correctly
• Inform management/leads of quality issues and corrective actions
• Ensure failed parts are recoated promptly for scheduling
• Work with managers/leads on corrective actions
• Touch up, sand, and buff items requiring action
• Package completed parts after inspection for delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and follow PPE/LOTO procedures
