Primary Responsibilites:
Inspect welded pipe areas to ensure structural soundness and dimensional accuracy.
Apply various Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) methods to verify quality standards.
Communicate inspection results and collaborate with production teams for corrective action.
Job Duties:
Record inspection data daily, including the number of welded ends and types of non-conformances.
Accurately read and interpret technical drawings to determine product specifications.
Use precise measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and pit gauges.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments for extended periods (minimum 8 hours).
Perform physically active tasks including walking, bending, stooping, and lifting.
Adhere strictly to all NOV, company, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) guidelines.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Education and Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of 6 months of Assembly, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, or Industrial Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Must achieve at least 80% on a basic math and reading comprehension exam.
Basic Computer Skills Required For Data Entry And Reporting.
Must pass an Industrial Eye Exam with near visual acuity.
