Abbott in Portland, OR is seeking an Inspector, Quality Control to perform routine inspection of electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical materials and sub-assemblies for conformance to quality standards. This 12-month, 100% onsite role supports manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (technical degree preferred) and 1+ year of manufacturing experience in regulated environments, with proficiency in precision measurement tools and collaboration with production

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years in manufacturing, preferably in regulated industries (medical device/pharma).
• Experience with quality inspections and documentation is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Inspection & Testing: Visual and physical inspections; verify dimensions and performance.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain LHR, batch records, and logs per GDP and FDA regulations.
• Defect Management: Identify, classify, and report defects; initiate NCRs and investigations.
• Process Control: Monitor SOPs and GMP adherence.
• Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment.
• Collaboration: Work with production and engineering to support quality improvements and regulatory compliance.
