Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and tests on sub‑assemblies and finished products to verify specs.
• Maintain quality control documentation and records.
• Provide mentorship to Assembly Technician 1‑3.
• Conduct internal process audits and implement improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement on supplier quality performance.
• Support NPD release with quality evaluations.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
