Job summary

Fibreworks Composites seeks a Quality Control Inspector II to ensure all parts meet customer and engineering standards and to inspect finished carbon fiber products for defects and deviations.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in QC, strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills, and be proficient with metrology tools. This on-site role offers growth in a fast-paced, aerospace-adjacent environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in quality control or a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong documentation and data recording skills.
• Experience with composite materials manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, forms and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect carbon fiber components for conformance to customer and engineering specs.
• Perform mechanical/dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, depth gauge and other tools.
• Record and report nonconformances via NCR process to ensure timely disposition.
• Collaborate with Quality Control Lead and Production to address issues and optimize product quality.
• Maintain organized records and support ERP data entry and RMA processing.
