Qualifications

• High School diploma, two-year technical degree, or equivalent education; related experience considered.
• Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in Quality Assurance within ISO 13485 or similar regulated environment.
• Experience with inspection practices in regulated industries preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming supplier materials and approve or reject per quality processes.
• Verify and apply part number labels to approved materials per labeling specs.
• Use calipers, Micro-Hite, comparators, and other precision instruments for measurements.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and POs to determine acceptance criteria.
• Perform Machined part inspections per drawing requirements.
• Follow SDS and safety procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality processes and systems.
• Apply GD&T techniques.
• Document inspection activities and results using Office tools and quality systems.
• Communicate non-conformances to management and stakeholders.
• Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with company standards.
