Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a QA Inspector II who will report to the QA Supervisor or QA Manager. The role oversees daily QA inspection activities for finished products and sub-assemblies, including visual inspection, and ensures documentation compliance.

Responsibilities include verifying components to engineering records, interpreting drawings and BOMs, preparing labels, reviewing batch records, and training new hires. Strong communication and knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Quality Inspection experience in a lab or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or 21 CFR 820 or equivalent QMS standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs and specs to determine quality status.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of finished goods and sub-assemblies, including visual inspection.
• Verify components against engineering records and documentation requirements.
• Review batch records and ensure compliance with quality requirements; train new hires.
