Job summary

Fathom Digital Manufacturing is seeking a QC Associate to support inspection activities and Quality Management Systems at multiple facilities in the United States. The role focuses on visual and dimensional inspections, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring compliance with specifications.

You will document results, establish acceptance criteria, and collaborate with manufacturing to address non-conformances. A strong attention to detail and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Establish acceptance/rejection criteria from drawings.
• Conduct first article and final inspections in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections per standards.
• Interface with external vendors for outsourcing inspections.
• Document results and input data into quality databases.
• Identify non-conformances and initiate CAPAs.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and problem solving.
