Qualifications

• Must read and interpret technical drawings and inspection requirements.
• Strong attention to detail for repetitive inspection tasks.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and reporting results.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection on products to ensure specifications.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections with close attention to detail.
• Carry out NDT inspections with Liquid Penetrant method and report results.
• Verify shop travelers are complete and accurate before finalizing production processes.
• Perform in-process inspections of in-house machined parts.
• Conduct receiving inspections of vendor-supplied parts and raw materials.
• Maintain documentation for in-house and vendor products.
• Identify and control nonconforming product to meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret measurement equipment like calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Perform final cleanup of products using air tools and hand tools.
• Carry out other quality-related duties as required.
