Job summary

Newly Weds Foods- Corporate in Kentucky is seeking a Quality Control Associate to evaluate finished products for quality and acceptability, and to log test results for traceability. You will communicate quality issues to production and QC staff to support corrective actions.

You will monitor line equipment for safety and cleanliness, calibrate detectors, perform audits, and help maintain accurate analysis records and COAs for outgoing products. A forklift license may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Ability to communicate with others and provide direction.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
• Comfortable operating testing equipment and office software.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates finished products for quality and acceptability; logs test results.
• Monitors line equipment, calibrates metal detectors, and conducts audits.
• Maintains COAs, inspects ingredients, and ensures documentation compliance.
