Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Inspector to inspect parts, products and processes to ensure conformance with standards. You will use fixed or variable measuring instruments, check for irregularities and compare products to parts lists to verify complete assembly.

You will coordinate with engineering, sales and manufacturing to resolve design and material issues, ensure QA policies meet regulations, and uphold OSHA safety guidelines in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with engineering, sales and manufacturing personnel to effectively resolve problems related to product design, materials, specifications and/or manufacturing operations.
• Ensures all quality control policies, procedures, directives and systems are in compliance with company and/or applicable federal regulations, continually strives to increase the level of quality assurance within the facility.
• Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with guidelines established by the Company in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Education

High School degree or G.E.D. and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
