Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physically able to lift 40+ pounds and perform job duties.
• High school diploma and experience in fabrication/manufacturing; ability to read schematics.
• Experience in quality control inspection; knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and able to take direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Not afraid to work with tools/equipment daily.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Works in a safe manner following all safety policies while performing job duties.
• Inspects materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Follows work orders to review preparation and assembly of building components per HUD specs.
• Documents inspection results and communicates violations or required corrections.
• Collaborates with production supervisors, team leads, and line assemblers to discuss inspection results.
• Maintains inspection and measurement equipment and keeps area clean and organized.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
