Job summary

MS Companies is hiring for an Inspector 1 (Quality Control) to support automotive manufacturing clients. You will conduct visual and manual inspections, document findings, and report defects using MS Companies’ technology-driven processes.

You will follow established procedures, record results in company systems, and communicate quality concerns with supervisors while maintaining a safe, organized work environment and reliable attendance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow detailed verbal instructions.
• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (tablets, mobile apps, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
