Quality Inspector at ARE-Navarre OH Plant (1st Shift 5:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Thursday)

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure product compliance with standards at multiple stations throughout the shop
• Verify that each unit meets product specification sheet standards
• Identify parts and location placement of components
• Completely check the entire unit for quality issues per documented best practices (work instructions)
• Document each unit in the data tracking database
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer and math skills

Basic Expectations

• Ability to follow work instructions
• Safely operate a power industrial truck and/or aerial work platform
• Maintain a valid power industrial truck license
• Ability to learn and understand the manufacturing process
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and trainings
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and report unsafe conditions or behaviors
• Complete all required records, reports, and forms accurately and timely
• Seek continual improvement of materials processes, product quality, and worker safety
