Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Quality Inspector for the Navarre OH plant on the first shift (5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday-Thursday). The role focuses on ensuring product compliance at multiple stations, verifying specifications, and documenting each unit in the data tracking system.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and basic computer and math skills. A valid power industrial truck license is preferred.

• Ensures product compliance with standards at multiple stations throughout the shop.

• Document each unit into the data tracking database.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned.

Basic Expectations:

• Ability to follow work instructions.
• Safely operate a power industrial truck and/or aerial work platform
• Maintain a valid power industrial truck license.
• Ability to learn and understand the manufacturing process.
• Adhere with all company policies, procedures and trainings.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment; address any unsafe conditions or behaviors with a supervisor.
• Completes all required records, reports, and forms in a neat, accurate and timely fashion.
• Seeks to always improve materials processes, product quality, and worker safety.
