Ultra Electronics, ICE is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing operations team to inspect products and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality work. Hours are typically Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect products using gauges, calipers, coordinate measuring machine, scales, and vision systems.
2. Approve in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement inspections, and communicating findings to supervisors.
3. Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
4. Document inspection results by completing checklists, reports, and logs; summarize re-work and scrap; input data into quality database.
5. Verify quality documentation for completeness and accuracy.
6. Package items and prepare them for outbound shipping.
7. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
8. Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• US Person or a non-US Person eligible to obtain any required export authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Frequently lift or move 10 lbs.; occasionally lift or move 30 lbs.
