Job summary

Sanmina in Huntsville, AL is seeking a QC Inspector to perform product inspections and audits of quality control programs on the manufacturing line. The role requires a High School Diploma with 0-1 years in manufacturing, and preferred IPC-A-610 CIS and J-STD-001 CIS certifications. Strong data-entry and communication skills are essential.

Must be able to work the 9A12 shift and comply with DoD contract requirements; U.S. citizenship is required.

Position Title: QC Inspector

Shift: 9A12

Job Purpose

Performs product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs. Performs packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and in-process and finished products meet company standards. May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated. Employee should have the ability to obtain pertinent information with regard to specific problems and draw appropriate conclusions and move to resolution. Solid computer skills for data entry is required.

Experience And Education Requirements

• 0-1 years' experience in Manufacturing Environment; specifically Product Inspection.
• Completed IPC-A-610 CIS certification and J-STD-001 CIS certification training would be a strong plus.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with engineering and management
