Job Description

As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll report to an Operations Manager and work as part of our Operations team. The role of Operations is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring all work meets the QIMA standard of quality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Checking email daily to receive inspection documents and guidelines;
• Attending inspections on time and communicating professionally with suppliers;
• Performing merchandise inspections according to company procedures and supervising container stuffing;
• Filling out inspection reports in accordance with company procedures and timelines.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in quality management, especially in softlines, garments, textiles, or footwear (2+ years);
• Knowledge of AQL standards and relevant safety and quality regulations;
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Strong attention to detail and professional ethics.
