The Quality Control Inspector is a full-time, on-site position based in Garland, TX. This role is responsible for inspecting sheet metal parts, assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing visual and dimensional inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement equipment; documenting inspection results; and identifying nonconformances. The Quality Control Inspector collaborates with production and engineering teams to communicate quality issues, support root-cause analysis, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions. The role also involves maintaining inspection records, following ISO 9001 procedures, and helping continuously improve quality processes and product reliability.
