Cogent Infotech is seeking a quality-focused professional for a 12-month position in New Jersey. You will provide technical support to Contract Manufacturers and quality managers, ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements across the packaging and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities include creating technical and costing dossiers, reviewing root-cause analyses, closing change controls, and updating SOPs and work instructions.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Associate in science/engineering or equivalent manufacturing quality experience.
• Familiarity with FDA and ISO guidelines, SOPs, audits, and documentation.
• Experience in statistical sampling and testing packaging components, bulk and finished goods.
• Color matching experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in packaging inspection.
• Document management and SOP reviews.

Mansioni

Provides technical support to the Contract Manufacturers and OMA Quality Managers as it relates to meeting the Quality System and Regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities of the position will include

• Creation and issuance of technical dossiers across 5 work centres
• Creation and issuance of costing dossiers for the RFQ process
• Review of submitted root cause analysis for thoroughness and effectiveness to eliminate nonconformances
• Closure of open change controls, and review, updating, or creation of SOPs, work instructions, or OPLs as needed within the group.
• Product inspection and/or document review may also be required.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in a Science or Engineering Discipline, or equivalent experience in Manufacturing with strong emphasis in quality.
• Experience with compliance to FDA and ISO guidelines including SOPs, auditing, and documentation requirements is highly desirable.
• Experience in statistical sampling and conducting tests on packaging components, bulk and finished goods.
• Colour matching experience preferred, but not required.
• Targeting 3-5 years in packaging inspection.
• Experience in document management, SOP and records review, various admin tasks.
